They do have a rattle in it that makes noise as it goes around

My daughter finds that the smallest hoop is impossible to stay up for longer than a few seconds on its own

The only way it will stay up while hooping is if its on top of the larger hoop

Its good for spinning on armsneck and other tricks but for hooping on its own its not that great

These hoops are very much of the same quality as my old hoop with the beads inside making the shoopshoop sound and the hoop is thick plastic
