I am 57 180 lbs i bought an xxl this jumper fit all my curves very well the lenght is perfect 2 12 inch heel and all i saw was the top of the shoe

If you have a pouch it will show but a good shapewear will control that

The back of the jumper was cut to wide i will take it to my taylor to adjust it to fit me perfectly

One last thing its minor but the legs are a bit to bell for me at the bottom
