Ive been prescribed lithium carbonate in the past but for me the low dose lithium orotate works best. I have never choked on a capsule or found them difficult to *.

With many brands it is a guessing game which is not okay at all in my opinion

He does best at 20 mg twice a day and before we found weyland brand we tried others but did not get very good results
