This lipliner pencil is very affordable and widely available. The pencil glides on smoothly and doesn't tug or feather. For $2 this lip pencil is a great value for your money.
Cons
Received broken makeup. But it smells like the cheap makeup you get for halloween. Like you got it for halloween.
