This product * the green mold, but a bit of dirt sometimes remains, so results do not always look perfect. The algae/mold is almost gone.

No scrubbing and removes quickly (typically within a day) it cleans all the junk from porch railings. It keeps the white stair risers clean. It works pretty good to my siding.
