When he stands in the crib the sharp edge of the crib is right up against is cheekbone. This sagging is dangerous, and if i had stuck with the lighter mattress then it would have taken longer to sag.

We have had this crib for 8 months and just lowered the mattress to the second of the three available levels

The service was mediocre at best and when they delivered the crib they told my husband and me that all of the parts needed to convert the crib to a toddler bedday bed were in boxes which they placed in our basement

Fast forward two years we go to convert the crib to a toddler bed and the toddler rails are not there

I called westwood baby this morning and they are mailing the rails support feet etc to us free of charge

I never expected them to send me the parts at no cost it certainly wasnt their fault that the furniture store didnt supply all of the parts or our fault that we didnt check everything out at the time and i was expecting and perfectly willing to pay for the parts we were missing
