Pros
One complaint is that the flip-up handle for wheeling it around does not lock in place. Now, he says with a sigh of relief, problem solved!
This unit costs less than 10% of what our local generac dealer wanted for their smallest unit installed, so this is a no brainer! Plug it into any receptacle to restore proper gfci function for all. Bought this as a whole home backup geneator.
Electronic start with fob is easy and amazing. Remote start/stop functionality is a unique addition. Took a few tries as there is no mention of a choke when using push button start.
Generator comes with a spark plug wrench, oil, and a funnel. Easy hookup to my box. Delivered as promised.
Cons
Amazon would have handled this entirely differently if westinghouse had not burned up the return time window. After 10 days and multiple calls there was still just a service tag number and no resolution. Trying to contact customer service now.

Great amazon service delivered into my garage
Shippers took so long to deliver that i didnt get to use it for what i needed it for yet
The unit was delivered on time by a very helpful driver
Packaging/appearance
Arrived in great condition with no damage to packaging
Unboxed the unit un wrapped and assembled the legs and attached the wheels
I will suggest when unpacking to remove each side of the box instead of trying to lift out of the box just to heavy
Competitiveness
This unit is built so well compared to my other smaller unit
The westinghouse was better than the generac which it replaced
This model was recommended by one of our neighbors in this rv park who has a generac up north and this westinghouse model here

I ensured there was spark unplugged the oil sensor to make sure that wasnt stopping it

Two days after i received the generator i lost power and i connected a propane tank and it fired right up and i had no issues
