The power light flickers and often times turns off right away. Customer support is quite lackluster. This warmer barely took the chill off two regular-sized bath towels, even if given 20 minutes or more to heat.

This thing works really well towel is pretty warm by the time you get out of the shower
It’s sleek design is attractive for most any setting and it warms towels nicely
It will only hold about two towels three and the lid doesnt fit on
I love this however i don’t like the texture of the actual warmer i wish it was more of a stone material outside

If you want it really hot put it in about 5 minutes before you get in the shower
