Pros
Carpet height clicker on the beater bar is somewhat stiff. The beater brush is the best. It almost self propels, so vacuuming the rugs and carpeting is quite effortless. Thebeater bar cleans our carpet well.
Wessel-werks is the best central vac head period. Powerful motorized head. Height adjustment is useful as well.

When it arrived a piece of the metal attachment was poking through the box

This happened to us and was from us getting too close to the edge of an area rugvacuuming the wrong way

To be fair that was our fault and the drive belt only cost 20 to replace but its worth mentioning
