Suggest you turn unit upside down to put h frame leg piece on i found it really tough to get it on per the instructions

I tighten the nuts and bolts once in a while besides that no maintenance is done

This treadmill works fine but the lcd display is so dim it is almost impossible to readi searched and found no solution to this nor any other complaints which i find hard to believe

It is a big piece of equipment that requires a dedicated location and from what most of my friends have told me a very expensive way to air dry your clothes
