As others have mentioned there is a design mistake with the pull cord location

Shipping was perfect and well packed
I had no problem with free shipping of a heavy item taking several days and nobody could beat amazons price
For whatever reason it wasnt 2day but i didnt really expect 2day shipping for an item thats over 100 lbs
There was no damage during shipping like some other customers reported
Packaging/appearance
Then attached a grounding wire not included in packaging
If there are any issues with packaging damage call amazon or wen directly
Competitiveness
Outputs are 120v ac 240v ac and a convenient 12v dc
Runs strong and quiet for a 3500 watt generator
I dont know who would expect a 3000w generator to be light enough for one person to carry around
I have gas appliances and no essential 240v circuits

If both small roll around ac where running and i tried to vacuum it would trip the breaker

Not a big deal just learning what max load would be this gen would run 247 for 14 days straight as i was commuting from cabin to work

If i topped it off at 0600 and then checked it again at 1800 or 6 in the evening it would still be running

Only had 30 minutes from when it arrived to run it in before having to put it straight into full service

The only cons about the gen is it does not come with weather proof plug covers for not inuse receptacles and the rear facing wiring behind the switches could use a little water protection from the factory

We bought this as a backup generator 3 12 years ago for when the power goes out for days on end
