I would highly recommend imachinist s561214 m42 5612inch by 12inch by 14tpi bimetal bandsaw blade to purchase with the unit
Some tipsthe miter lock nut thingy would get in the way of my work piece
You get what you pay for saying that its a good value at a reasonable price

I was sawing some rusted steel so it was harder than my usual mild steel on high speed and pushing it pretty hard not to the point that i was stalling the motor or anything but it was at the saws limits for many cuts in a row

Suddenly there was a flash of light from the motor enclosure and the saw was dead

After taking it apart i found that both mosfets were broken in half up the middle

Maybe that was heat conductive but it sure didnt look that way
