Pros

This unit has a much nicer, large, fold up handle making super easy to move around, even rolling thru grass. The extendable arm makes it easy tomove around.

We love that you can plug in a usb or 3 prong extension cord. It powers our 30 amp travel trailer with eez, and it even powered my 10 amp electric chainsaw.

The electric start means my wife can easily start the generator. It start in -25° temps. Blistering hot even in october). Starting is a dream.

Cons

The worst customer service we have ever encountered. The kicker is that we had to pay $58 to have them package it to send it back. Demanding full refund from wen now.

I'm getting 65 decibels at 20 feet, which is pretty loud. It is no better than a brick if it won't run more than 7 minutes.

As advertised seems very well built and super intuitive setup and use

Super easy setup has a great handle to pull around the automatic fuel dissipation when turning it off is great no more old fuel in the carb

The beaded chains on the gas cap and oil drain are flimsy and will definitely break

The battery connections shake and loosen which can cause difficulty starting recharging issues and possibly damage the battery

I watched and was able to get it for a great deal on woot

Highly recommend this generator to anyone looking for an efficient quiet and affordable generator

I recommend getting the magnetic dip stick sold separately for just a few bucks

As i said for the price this is a great unit please know that im not a fulltime rving so i dont plan to use this unit all day every day

My results came back as 55db in eco mode and 60db with eco mode off which is more inline with comparable generators

I decided to do a comparison with a honda a eb3000c that i have
