Pros

Wen 3625 4 1/2 inch circular saw is very powerful, easy to maneuver, and well made. For the price wen makes good stuff. Wen makes a quality product that performs as advertised.

The laser guide is an especially nice feature when unable to use a guide. Then a quick flush trim and done. From my experience shimming the laser assembly would be in order.

Overall a pretty good'smallish' saw. Plenty of power for sheet goods and 1x lumber. I have a wen two wheel grinder, and 2 wen all saws - all three of which must be 45 years old and they continue to work just fine.

This one is easy to handle, especially for this old lady. Fits into little nooks and crannies. Locking knobs are robust and lock firmly. Works great and very easy to use.

Blade guard works smoothly when starting your cut. It runs very smooth and he gives me that extra cutting versatility.

Cons

The handheld saw has all the makings of being a good handheld, circular saw, but it is defective. The blade that came with the saw is totally useless. The suction port is the size of your thumb - no way this will generate the suction for proper dust c... Read More
