Wemo plugs are amazing! They make it nice to have scheduling in place to ensure your lights are off when you are away from home. Has a button on the side, like most smart outlets, to manually switch it on and off.

This is a homekit product for the time being, but should be more widely compatible once the matter launches more broadly. Nfc pairing makes adding it your apple homekit a breeze.

First and foremost, the functionality of the wemo smart plug is far from reliable. The unreliable performance, coupled with a now non-existent mobile app, makes the product frustrating to use. Get the eve one instead which works flawlessly.

Buyer beware. Amazon should take this listing down for this wemo smart plug. The seller needs to update the description to be accurate.
