If the steamer doesnt work its going back i read the other reviews and there was no mention of creases also one comment mentioned a a shaper was in the bowl of the hat not with mine the color is more of a silver black which will match perfect with a dress i have coming so i am trying to get the hat to work for me very disappointed hat itself is very pretty love the color just hate all the creases that so far will not come out will add a happy ending after the steaming hopefullyok i have tried everything steamer yes the ribbon looks like the picture now but still has creases everywhere p
