Not rigid, extremely pliable (squishy) which makes them comfortable to wear. Material is very soft so no hurting even fit in my shoes and slippers which is a plus.

Cons

The construction appears to be too flimsy. The color is rose not beige. These are a little small, the loop tears easily and it moves around, making for extreme discomfort.
