The part was to tight for the cover plate to fit right had to file plastic

If you have a manual transmission and you are having intermittent or permanent starter problems you could bypass this switch by jumpering and see if that fixes your starting issues if it does then you probably need to replace this switch which is on the floor below your clutch pedal
