Pros
They are a nice cooling pad that don’t have a smell & they last for about 8 hours. I keep the box in my refrigerator so they are really cold. Each pad adheres really well and stays cold throughout the night for me.
These patches adhere to your forehead and provide soothing relief from pain for hours.
It’s nice to just peel this off like a thick sticker, put it on your forehead and either go to sleep or you can be up & about doing stuff.
Cons
I am really disappointed to have less coverage on my forehead where it hurts during a migraine or tension headache.

Packaging/appearance
They can bunch up some in the packaging which can then make some if the patches stick on each other so frustrating
They wont stick to hair so try not to get your hair in the way
Dont let them dry up so roll the top of the package down on the patch left inside the package

I get headaches regularly and because sometimes my sinus headache will sometimes lead to a migraine im never sure what to take

In the first envelop i opened the patches strip that cover the sticky side had slid and they all stuck together
