The stay on the back of the brace keeps you from extending your wrist which is the main cause of pain for me

Flexion isnt a problem but thats all the other braces do

It is very stiff though and i find i can’t write with it on so i’m continually having to take it off if i have any writing work to do

You can wash them but that causes the velcro to wear out quicker

My only issue is that the straps loosen at night they dont stay firmly in place
