Some parts of the wtcpt are similar or identical to the wes51 the iron standsimilar the nut and barrel on the ironhandpiece and the sponge
The reason i am taking off one star is the current physical packaging
Competitiveness
Better than the tc thermocouple types because the tips cost one tenth of the price
I like the automatic heat regulation and a variety of tips are available at a reasonable price
Even fixed a piece of my wifes jewelry
The handpieceor pencil is much larger than the handpiece of the wes51 i prefer the smaller size handpiece

This model does not have the clips at the base to attach the holder even though it specifies that it does
