Pros

A little fills me up. This flour is great. Highly recommend. It's super fine and good quality.

Wellbee’s almond flour is our favorite brand of almond flour. It's hard to find an almond flour that is this finely ground. Comparable to honeyville almond flour. I usually buy kirkland brand almond flour and this is very similar.

Cons

These are pasteurized. Far too clumpy for baking. Seems like it is not grinded up as well as it should be.

Lb bag arrived hard as a rock & the flour is very lumpy. Had black spots/ dots all throughout inside of bag.
