Pros & Cons
Pros
Miracle glue (solvent cement) works wonders on the right kinds of plastic. One drop in the seam is sufficient to weld for applications of a few inches. Weld-on is an amazing adhesive.
Easy to use and works quickly and efficiently. No complaint. Would not hesitate to purchase this product again.
Cons
Weld-on dries instantly. Otherwise it just clouds the acrylic, and evaporates without creating a bond. Would not buy or use again for repair of acrylic boar windshield.
Buy the smallest amount possible for your needs. Firstly, the label on the outside was already covered in adhesive and ripped up.

Packaging/appearance
Easy to use and holds the plexiglass pieces securely if you accidentally get fluid on the the panel it doesn’t smear the surface
Thats why it comes in such extreme packaging
It is a little hard to get out of the can without spilling
Competitiveness
Its waterier than water and flows way from freely even from the small needle than youd expect

Look up videos on how to apply but basically you need the pieces you wish to join held snugly on the seam then drag the needle along the inside of the seam so that the liquid it has the consistency of water seeps into the seam
