The softness and the weight is really an important feature that makes this pad work so good. I love that it is weighted just enough at 2 1/2lbs so it feels like a nice warm hug.

It is one of the happiest times of the day when i sit in my chair and have it around my neck. Very warm and comforting and just the right size. The fuzz is very long and seems well made.

The controller is very intuitive and easy to use. It cradles your neck good and the pad control decice is easy to read and use. Those are the days this really comes in handy.

I have used ones which are hotter but this one is not bad for the price
