Pros & Cons
Pros
This heating pad feels great to the touch and delivers heat perfectly. It has three modes - high, medium, and low. Low and med are comfortable settings for me.
Much nicer than my old one, which had a plastic insert that got stiff when it got cold, this one stays flat and pliable. The heat distributes evenly. It shouts quality from the first touch.
Cons
No matter how many times i unplug it or reconnect the cord to the pad, it goes straight into error mode. Reset no help. The only way to get the pad to work and stop flashing after this is to un plug it and plug it back in.
I'm devastated and dissatisfied with this pad. The warranty is useless. The manufacturer has zero web presence. This is the biggest piece of junk i have ever had.
