Pros

They are great for gripping heavy movements in the gym. They protect the inside of your has from getting calluses. Easy to maneuver on the dumbbells but now an olympic straight bar.

The wrist strap is very comfortable and it prevents my wrists from straining. The wrist straps are comfortable and so far durable after about a month of use.

Very effective. Can quickly and nicely packaged.

Cons

They are very grippy regardless of moisture. The straps are kind of floppy. It is not easy to strap both hands in at the same time.
