You should have though enough clearance around your door so to fit it and you should not minding it rubbing against the door frames and chipping the paint a bit

Id have to shave the door down slightly to have it close

Might have to modify door a bit to close properly have to use either 15 30 or 60 lbs tension or combo of these not really for a beginner user
