The size of each little box isnt particularly larger than average but there are four of them for each day which means that i can separate my doses into morning lunch dinner and bedtime although thats not quite how theyre labeled

The lids of the smaller boxes shut securely and im confident that they arent going to pop open willy nilly making a general mess of things in my bag
