Pros

No more snoring or waking at night after suffering from sleep apnea. My fiancee is happy with the wedge as it helps relieve her acid reflux at night. This wedge has no odor and that was a great plus to me.

Side-sleeper loves the wedge pillow. She sleeps on her back, on her side and even on her stomach. The pillow itself is very comfortable and i don't end up slumping down off the pillow by the morning.

This pillow comes in two sections. The lower section is held to the upper section via a cleverly designed zippered cover. No more arranging pillows and trying to get comfortable.

Cons

I felt like i got ripped off immediately when i saw the pillow. It was made of the same cheap egg crate foam as the lower end mattress toppers. I now know i would not have spent so much money for something that already needs replacing.

The pillow also hinders breathing. It is almost impossible to sleep in any postion other than on your back. Having acid reflux/gerd is horrible.
