Pros

This is the best charcoal chimney i've ever had. It starts charcoal so quickly and without the * petroleum starter fluids. Make sure to use heat resistant gloves when pouring out hot coals. If you use charcoal this is a must!

The price is a little higher but the value is much higher. That is the biggest compliment i can give. Very sturdy, ergonomic, and nicely crafted. You will not be disappointed when purchasing this product.

Cons

The insulated handle lets the heat from the metal underneath it come through so intensely, you need to use an oven mitt to grab it. Not enough charcoal to fill half of the 18 grill. Absolutely horrible for lump charcoal and even conventional briquette... Read More

However the packaging with this product is deficient but not worth sending back
