Its a high quality pan that fits right on the water pan for wsm
Much better quality than walmart pizza pan for sure
Also if you’re wondering you can use water in the pan with the lid on top
This pan fits down in the top of the pan kind of wish it overlapped the top edge a bit more as it might with the newer deeper water pans

Keeps all the fat out of the water reservoir while allowing steam to escape into the smoker

I have had a wsm 22inch for 15 years and have always hateddreaded the cleaning of the water bowl
