Satay marinade makes the best grilled steaks i have ever had. This is helpful for those of us who had to learn more about marinating and marinading and brushing.
I'm a beginner griller, and this book has been a lifesaver for me. It is really all you need for a variety of grilled items and i heartily recommend it. Strongly recommend this book for your grilling library.
