Pros
Range is ok, but loads bluetooth connection when you’re a couple of rooms away inside the house. My only complaint is with the app - if i want to grill a steak, it lists every imaginable cut - which can be overwhelming. No issues with bluetooth.
This is a quality product, nicely built (as it should be for the price), and most importantly, it works. Matched with spirit e-330 weber. Also have an igrill mini.
Accuracy seems good, but probe durability isn't the greatest. Works on any bbq and/or kitchen. The unit allows me to have 3 meat probes and an ambient temp probe to ensure the grill is running at the optimum temp.
Cooked a beef tenderloin to perfect colouring. Don't have to go in the cold to check the ambient or temp of the meat.

While the unit itself is not entirely to blame you do have to be mindful of how thick your steaks are to get it perfect which means trial and error

I also question why the ‘rare’ setting for steak is 120 degs f this is way too high

Now you do not need to keep checking your cooking and lifting that lid unnecessarily allowing that heat to escape
