Pros

The foam is not hard, so it doesn't make any squeaking noise during the sliding of our door. It is able to compress down without much resistance and returns back to form. It compresses easily but can spring right back to it's normal shape.

The adhesive is strong and noise cancellation is great. Cuts nicely and adheres nicely.

Cons

Half of the adhesive sticks to the backing tape. This is a major drawback for a product that otherwise has good adhesion and seals well.
