This is great value for money not to expencive and keeps on going husband and daughter just love this machine they would recommend it doesn’t really offer any form of steady resistance bit like pulling an elastic band i have been spoiled with the concept 2 rowers at the gym but this feels a bit unnaturalok for the price much better than we expected it to be for a lower priced rower excellent product
