We have a basket where we keep these collars and a couple times when they were getting a little overly mischievous we just press the button on the remote on vibrate and they heard the vibration in the basket and stopped immediately

With your set up you cant remove the prongs because the studs will injure your pet

They hold a charge for a long time and the cord can charge both collars at once or a collar and the remote

Only con is that the white led advertised that you can turn on on the collars is all but worthless

I started out with the beep mode and then the vibrate mode i haven’t had to shock them yet and hopefully i won’t

It was useable straight out if the box and a good size to make it impossible for the dog to remove it
