It has lasted through a number of weekend field training events as well as 19 straight days of training where it was my only source of light at night and only on the last day or two did it start flickering occasionally

I bought a new one recently and now i carry it almost anywhere i go at night due to its compactness and because it is just as bright as any white light i own and it wont ruin my night vision if i find myself in a situation where i would need it

One plus this has over the red version is that this one doesnt have a strobe affect while the red one would sometimes have a strobe affect that was kinda pointless in my opinion but easy to look past even with its mild sensitivity to switch between modes of which i dont even know if it was intentional or not

The only thing about this flashlight i would say that i dont care for is the seemingly pointless reticle that appears when you have it the most zoomed infocused

I literally had to cover the light at times with my hand to dim the light
