This is an awesome manual for kids to get on and stay on the path. It follows on nicely to the warrior kid books. The only regret with the series is that faith is not mentioned.
My grandson has all of jocko willink's books for kids. Jocko always delivers! I thank him.

It does have other things that could be useful but i almost feel like it should have just been called field manual and not book 4
