Pros

The white or colored end is used to pick up drill. I wish the pointed end had a bit bigger diameter to make it easier to manipulate the drills.

They are pretty and are large enough my hand doesn't cramp up when i have to use them for long lengths of time. They work perfectly and make working with crystals, sequins, and beads. Pretty colors too.
