Usb-c cable is strong with strong connections at both ends. The connectors fit snugly with the drives. The usb-c connection to the computer is also very fast. Comes boxed professionally.
Cons
There is a link for warranty in the help menu but, when you click it goes to a design.
It corrupts your data and destroys your disks. Only speed in duplicating drives. It disconnects regularly and is unusable for large transfers. In system resources it says its running at max speed but transfer rates are at 0/mbps.
Very time and function deficient. Hoping to reach out about it being defective. Dock works well enough, but the power switch is in the back.

Im getting a fairly consistent 114 mbsecond transfer speed so its definitely better than my old usb2
Issue 1 there is a misrepresentation on these units this one and competitors as to what your source and target drives can be

Except that i dont like the way the clone button is so prominent on all of these devices seems like it would be very easy to accidentally hit it

The heads up in case you missed it like i did this needs a type c usb jack which i dont believe are too common on desktop computers
