Pros

This performs like the hp docking station for less than half the cost. I disable my laptop screen and use the two external monitors for display and it works pretty well. I would recommend this over the hd or hp docking stations.

Cons

Customer service is non-existent for when i ran into an issue with the mouse pointer not displaying.
