Didn't crisp up fries and sausages after 15 minutes looked uncooked. Definitely going to return this or toss it away.

Very easy to use and clean nice product perfect size for my 4 quart ninja air fryer
Works great saves alot of cleaning to the air fryer
I purchased the insert as i am concerned about breaking the baskethandle on my air fryer which is a bit fragile
And the food quality is same crispy

Having said that i am still glad i spent the money on it

It is not easier to clean just easier to manoeuvre to clean
