Love the metal npt inserts. They were installed before and after my water softener. Use pipe tape (teflon tape) to make sure it's sealed well.

Called their cs group only to be on hold for 30 minutes or more. Update after 1. And called. And emailed. Gave up after that.

Its all plastic. Probably can't be repaired. Got a culligan at a local hardware store instead.
