Easy to install, altho' best for 10 x 10 up to 14' x 14. It installs in seconds and was cheaper than the local hardware stores. A bit pricy though.
Cons
But the listing is misleading. Please seller, mention the actual size. The apu 15 measures 15 by 15 on the outside.

My dad had to cut a hole into my ceiling in order to fix our pipes he wanted to keep the space open just incase we needed to access it again

The inside posts are angled so needs a lip of 1234 or so to settle against
