Replacement parts can be found on amazon. The manual shutoff valve can be replaced with a 1/2-sized stem. It's easy to teach a washer aet up for a delay start.

It is beyond worthless. Wasted almost $1000 on on these useless gadgets. It is horrible, horrible.

Not a good design imho. Not only is there a design flaw, but there's no manual over-ride. If they know there is a 50 percent early failure rate then that is proof that the product design is defective.
