They are maybe 10cc where most irrigation syringes are at least 60cc. No pressure, inefficient for adequate * irrigation.

Very happy with the quality and function of these items
Works great and for my purposes reusable
No but they are so much better with regular cleaning with the irrigator
I leave the product in the syringe and when one gets old i just grab a new one

I use a waterpik everyday to clean my teeth especially to help get under crowns and a bridge
I bought these to use while traveling so i wouldnt have to lug around a waterpik and it was a great decision

The flange should be bigger that is the flange should stick out a bit farther because as it is you have to squeeze the thing between the inside of your two fingers or it slips because the flange is a bit too small
