Pros
I am very pleased with the result, it looks stylish and is strong. Issue was resolved quickly, and satisfactorily. It's very affordable and amazingly stable with the hotel series extra wide curtain that we got on amazon from another seller.
Strong and sturdy. Solidly constructed and with easy to follow instructions. Easy to install.
Perfect for creating a shower curtain enclosure to protect your tile grout. No additional ceiling supports required for me. If you have heavy shower curtains it wouldn't detract from its looks.
Cons
Spent over 200 and i am left with a wobbly shower rail. Worst purchase ever.

I did quite a bit of research before buying this and i agree with others that this is a great product

Had to redrill a 2nd set of holes in my tiles as after the first attempt the rail sloped and basically fell off the wall

I drilled through tile plasterboard and solid brick using extra long plugs and screws so was surprised it didn’t stay

I cut a hole in one of them to put the shower head through see pic

I did use a hook in the ceiling for extra support though as i didnt trust it to not bend andor fall off
