Pros
Item does exactly what it says. Easy to use for a quick screening test. Highly recommend kit to give peace of mind in keeping spa safe and clean.
Box is a bit flimsy, but the individual tests are packed in heavy foil/mylar envelopes. The amount of water sampled is small - a clever dropper picks and dispenses the precise amount needed. Reasonable instructions are easy to follow.
Cons
Each invalid text costs you 10% of t6he product and leaves you fewer tests going forward. Equals a faulty test. I find the results inexplicable!

I believe it was due to not timing the 5 minute wait time before inserting the test strip
