The company strives to do everything it can to ensure their customers are happy and taken care of. Aesthetically pleasing. Very stout machine.
It is the coolest thing i have ever purchased! Man am i glad i paid the extra money and got the real deal" "i decided to just invest in this one" because this machine is in such high demand, there is a slight delay in shipping.
Waterrower's site has a great troubleshooting section. I recommend you have your own set of hex wrenches handy. At one step in the process it is necessary to sink some nuts into the footpad before attaching bolts.
It's audible but not distracting. It's smooth. It is also quiet and you don’t disturb the rest of the house.
Easy storage is a nice feature.

Mine shipped with a busted seat i blame the reseller for that though and the seat in general is pretty flimsy

Others have touted its exercise benefits and i dont doubt those but i think it is overlooked as a mindfocusing tool and a stress reliever
