I contacted the company and they quickly responded to me and sent a replacement out

Ive hitbumped it on different objects and walls and my watch was thankfully unharmed

Due to the current cold weather i am unable to provide an opinion reference it being waterproof at this time

My husband has had this watch case and band for just over a month 10 days past the return date and the band has came apart at the buckle
